The "Mondial du Modélisme" Model fair of Paris took place in Le Bourget, from the 22nd to the 31st of March 2008, and was very well attended. PIKO was represented by our importer in France, SAI, who were again present with their attractive stand. Many PIKO friends used this opportunity to admire our new SNCF models first hand. Pre-production models of the BB 63500 Diesel loco and the BB 26000 electric were available to look at in display cases. The BB 63500 diesel loco was presented at the same time on a layout. All in all, three different layouts were displayed on the PIKO stand. The new PIKO catalogue, for the first time in French language, was very well received by the many buyers. There was also much interest for the coming PIKO SNCF special models in N Gauge, particularly the BB 66000 Diesel Loco and the Corail coaches.
