PIKO at the Faszination Modellbau show in Friedrichshafen, October 30th to November 1st, 2009 40,000 visitors from the “Three Corners“ area - where Germany, Austria and Switzerland intersect – made good use of the opportunity to experience the show in Friedrichshafen. Many model train friends from all around the Alpine region came to the PIKO stand to learn more about the latest new items. The continually growing PIKO-G assortment stood out as a point of special interest. Garden railway friends were pleased to learn more from the PIKO show team about the newly-tooled and delivery-ready BR V60 diesel locomotive model. The new “Reko“ modernized 3-Axle passenger cars also found great interest amongst the visitors. For HO-Scale fans, the new models of the classic bi-level commuter train were seen, tirelessly running around the display layout. Here are some visual impressions of the PIKO booth at the show.
